Use of Services

You agree to use McPherson Enterprises, LLC d.b.a. Pete Club only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service in any way that could harm, disrupt, or impair the platform or other users.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or malicious content

Payments and Refunds

All purchases are subject to a 30-day refund policy. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content you create, upload, or generate using our services belongs to you. McPherson Enterprises, LLC d.b.a. Pete Club does not claim ownership over your content.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful way.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McPherson Enterprises, LLC d.b.a. Pete Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless McPherson Enterprises, LLC d.b.a. Pete Club from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
